Five Years of Craftsmanship.
Belmont Deco Noir was built around a 250-year-old preserved English Oak — six 1.2-metre diameter pad foundations sunk 4.5 metres into bedrock to protect the tree's root system.
Every property in the building is wrapped in 14-layer NASA-grade foil insulation, powered by a 4.5kw solar PV system, and finished to standards now simply unaffordable to replicate.
